Customized BAC system

The owner of an office building was concerned due to the significant expenditures on energy in the facility and contacted CPS for an alternative solution to a complete replacement of the existing HVAC and controls systems:

• The existing building HVAC system was reviewed by CPS and it was concluded that a building controls system retrofit would suffice to capture significant energy savings.
• CPS proposed the implementation of a customized and automated controls system optimized to reduce energy consumption with respect to ventilation, lighting, cooling and heating.
• After installing the CPS solution the building owner was able to realize 30% savings on the energy bill with an investment payback of less than 3 years.
